Man Wah Holdings Limited (Man Wah) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a notable reduction in share capital following the cancellation of repurchased shares.
The group’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.40, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion.
Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell by 34.13 million to 3.84 billion, down 0.88% from 3.88 billion at end-May. The decline stems entirely from the cancellation, on 23 June 2026, of shares repurchased between 18 May and 8 June 2026.
No treasury shares were held at month-end, and the company confirmed continued compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
Under the 2020 Share Option Scheme, 51,200 options lapsed, leaving 8.44 million options outstanding. No new shares were issued and no proceeds were raised through option exercises. There were no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments outstanding during the month.
The filing, signed by Company Secretary Zhang Xian on 2 July 2026, confirms that all share movements were executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing regulations and corporate approvals.
