The loan facility is for a principal amount of RMB 1.5 billion.
As stipulated by the loan agreement, the company has agreed to act as a guarantor, providing a joint and several liability guarantee to the lender. This guarantee secures the subsidiary's payment obligations under the loan agreement, which include the repayment of the principal amount up to RMB 1.5 billion.
