MOG Digitech Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will meet on 31 August 2026. The agenda includes:
• Approval of the unaudited interim results covering the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.
• Deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
The notice, dated 17 August 2026, was signed by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Chen Yongzhong. The current board comprises three executive directors—Chen Yongzhong, Deng Zhihua and Zhou Yue—and three independent non-executive directors—Gao Hongxiang, Yau Tung Shing and Chen Wen.
