Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust, announced on Jul, 30 2026 that it has received 1.480 million new units in the trust as part of its management-fee payment for the period from Apr, 01 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.

The units were issued at Singapore dollars 2.2590 each, a price based on the volume-weighted average of the trust’s units traded on Singapore Exchange over the last ten business days of the relevant period.

The issuance covers 50% of the base management fee for the trust and the entire base fee related to the trust’s 50% effective stake in the NEX retail property.

After the transaction, the manager’s holding rose to 120.908 million units, while Frasers Centrepoint Trust’s total units in issue increased to 2.039 billion.
