Homeland Interactive (HOMELAND ITL) Buys Back 148,000 Shares, Treasury Stock Reaches 4.89 Million

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. executed an on-market repurchase of 148,000 ordinary shares on 08 April 2026. The buyback was conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$1.28 to HK$1.33 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$1.32, bringing total consideration to HK$0.20 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1,278.51 million, representing a 0.01% reduction from the previous balance. Treasury share holdings rose to 4.89 million, equivalent to 0.38% of the share count authorised under the current repurchase mandate approved on 17 June 2025.

Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now total 4.89 million shares, leaving capacity for the company to buy back up to 123.45 million additional shares. In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3), Homeland Interactive is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 08 May 2026.
