Minerva Group delays prospectus dispatch for HK$0.038 rights issue, revised timetable pending

Minerva Group Holding Limited announced a postponement in the dispatch of its prospectus for the planned rights issue. The company cited additional time requirements to finalize the document’s contents.
The rights issue, originally detailed on 29 April 2026, offers one rights share for every two existing shares at HK$0.038 per share on a non-underwritten basis.
Prospectus documents were initially scheduled for distribution to qualifying shareholders on 15 May 2026. A revised timetable will be released once preparation work is completed.
The board is chaired by Li Wing Cheong, with executive director Tong Hin Jo and three independent non-executive directors—Chan Lai Ping, Tam Mei Chu, and Ho Yuen Tung—overseeing the process.
