YU TAK INT'L Holdings Limited (08048) announced that, in accordance with Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has the right to submit the delisting decision to the GEM Listing Review Committee for a review within seven business days from the date the decision was issued, which is on or before April 10, 2026. If the company decides not to request a review by the GEM Listing Review Committee, the last day of listing for the shares will be April 15, 2026, and the listing will be canceled effective 9:00 AM on April 16, 2026. The company submitted a written request on April 9, 2026, under Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, to the GEM Listing Review Committee of the Stock Exchange to refer the delisting decision for review.
