REFIRE Shares Surge on Chairman's Voluntary Lock-Up Commitment

Shares of REFIRE (02570) have risen by nearly 6%. At the time of writing, the stock is up 5.74% to HK$21.74, with a turnover of HK$7.67 million.

The upward movement follows a company announcement on July 20th. The company's Board Chairman, Executive Director, and CEO, Mr. Lin Qi, has entered into a voluntary commitment, demonstrating his confidence in the group's long-term value and prospects and his support for its sustained, stable, and healthy development.

Under this commitment, Mr. Lin has pledged not to sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of 11,834,300 H-shares he directly and beneficially owns in the company during the period from the date of the announcement until March 31, 2028, inclusive. These H-shares represent all the company's shares directly held by Mr. Lin as of the announcement date, excluding any interests from options granted to him under the company's share option scheme adopted on January 21, 2024, and amended on November 6, 2025.
