BrainAurora Medical Technology Limited (BrainAurora) announced that controlling shareholder, executive director and chairman Tan Zheng intends to acquire additional shares on the open market within six months from 14 April 2026.

The planned investment will not exceed HKD80.00 million and the purchase price will be capped at HKD7.00 per share. Transactions may be executed directly by Tan or through entities under his control, in full compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations.

Tan and parties acting in concert currently hold 459.42 million shares, representing 33.83 % of BrainAurora’s issued share capital. The board stated that the planned purchases will not impair the company’s public float under Stock Exchange rules.

The move underscores Tan’s stated confidence in BrainAurora’s long-term development. The company cautioned investors that the share-increase plan may be adjusted or not fully implemented, depending on market conditions.
