Global Investments Limited announced on Jun, 26 2026 that it has transferred 35,630,675 treasury shares to shareholders as part of its Scrip Dividend Scheme.
Following the transaction, the company’s treasury share balance fell from 56,437,039 (3.3847 % of issued shares) to 20,806,364 (1.2217 %).
The transferred shares have an aggregate value of about 4.38 million Singapore dollars.
