China Boton Group Company Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 808,000 ordinary shares on 22 July 2026. The shares were bought on-market at prices ranging from HK$2.64 to HK$2.72, representing a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of HK$2.6903 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$2.17 million.
Prior to the transaction, the company had 1,060.55 million issued shares excluding treasury shares and 19.96 million treasury shares. Following the repurchase, issued shares outstanding decreased to 1,059.74 million, while treasury shares rose to 20.77 million. The repurchased amount equals 0.076 % of the company’s issued share capital before the transaction; the total number of shares in issue (including treasury shares) remains unchanged at 1,080.51 million.
The buyback was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 808,000 shares—0.075 % of the mandate limit—have been utilised, leaving 107.24 million shares available for further repurchase.
In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), China Boton is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the repurchase, setting the moratorium period through 21 August 2026.
