Li Auto Buys Back 1.01 Million ADRs on Nasdaq, Outstanding Shares Edge Down 0.06%

Li Auto Inc. disclosed a repurchase of 1.01 million Class A WVR ordinary shares (ADSs) on 22 July 2026 through the Nasdaq Global Select Market at prices ranging from USD 6.05 to USD 6.19, for a volume-weighted average of USD 6.12. The cash consideration totaled USD 6.21 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury stock rose to 80.41 million shares, while issued shares outstanding declined to 1.74 billion, representing a 0.06% reduction from the previous day’s balance. Total issued shares, including treasury holdings, remained unchanged at 1.82 billion.

The buyback formed part of a mandate approved on 29 May 2026 authorizing repurchases of up to 214.28 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 60.82 million shares, equal to 2.84% of the outstanding share count on the authorization date.

Per Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Li Auto is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales through 21 August 2026.
