Soilbuild Construction Group approves FY2025 results, 0.025-dollar final dividend at Apr, 29 2026 AGM

Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. reported that shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 at the company’s annual general meeting held on Apr, 29 2026 in Singapore.

The meeting approved a final tax-exempt dividend of 0.025 Singapore dollars per share, payable on May, 28 2026.

Shareholders also endorsed total directors’ fees of about 0.34 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer Lim Han Ren, and Lead Independent Director Chee Wee Kiong, were re-elected to the board. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as external auditor.

In addition, investors renewed the mandate authorising directors to allot and issue shares up to 50% of issued capital and approved the renewal of the general mandate for interested person transactions. A proposed amendment to the 2013 non-competition deed was likewise passed.

All resolutions were decided by poll, with each ordinary resolution receiving at least 80% support except where controlling shareholders abstained. The meeting concluded at 3:00 p.m. Singapore time.
