The approval, titled "Reply on Agreeing to the Registration of Changzhou Qianhong Biochemical Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Issuance of Convertible Corporate Bonds to Non-Specific Objects," grants the company consent to proceed with its application to issue convertible bonds to the general investing public.
