STAR CM Holdings Limited reported that on 16 July 2026 it repurchased 22,900 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 0.86 to HKD 0.87 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.02 million and a volume-weighted average price of HKD 0.8685.
Following the transaction, STAR CM’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 397.62 million to 397.60 million shares, a marginal reduction of 0.0058%. Treasury stock holdings increased to 0.94 million shares, while the company’s total issued shares remained unchanged at 398.54 million.
The buyback was executed under the repurchase mandate granted on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 0.87 million shares, representing 0.22% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.
Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, STAR CM is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or the sale/transfer of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
