Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 15 June 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in Nanjing, with simultaneous online voting via the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) platform. Shareholders recorded at market close on 5 June 2026 are eligible to participate; the H-share register closes from 26 May to 15 June 2026.
Key ordinary resolutions include:

Special resolution:
• Share Issuance Mandate: The Board may issue additional A and/or H shares—individually or via convertible securities, options or warrants—up to 20% of each share class in issue as of the AGM date. The mandate runs until the 2026 AGM or earlier revocation.
Cumulative poll:
• Board Changes: Shareholders will consider appointing Ms Zhou Lili and Mr Liu Gang as non-executive directors for the remainder of the 11th Board’s term, ending at the 2026 AGM.
