Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (ESTA) saw its stock price plummet 11.33% during Tuesday's intraday trading session following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results and announcement of a leadership transition.

The medical-technology company reported Q4 income from operations of USD -3.93 million, significantly worse than the IBES estimate of USD -1.72 million. This disappointing operational performance came despite the company reporting better-than-expected net income and revenue figures for the quarter. The company also announced that current CFO Raj Denhoy will transition to Senior Vice President of Global Strategy, with Cassandra "Sandra" Harris appointed as the new CFO effective March 9, 2026.

While Establishment Labs provided 2026 revenue guidance of USD 264-266 million and projected at least 25% revenue growth in 2027, investors appeared focused on the weaker-than-expected operating results and the management changes during a critical growth phase for the company.
