China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed a share repurchase of 1.31 million ordinary shares on 29 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The buy-back, executed at prices between HKD 2.29 and HKD 2.46 per share and averaging HKD 2.40, resulted in a total cash outlay of HKD 3.15 million. Following the transaction, China Boton’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.12 % to 1.08 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 4.34 million.
The repurchase utilised approximately 1.22 % of the 108.05 million-share authority approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—up to 29 July 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares.
No repurchased shares have been cancelled; all 1.31 million shares will be retained as treasury stock.
