On 29 June 2026, Xi’an Haitian Antenna Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Haitian Antenna”) held its Annual General Meeting in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. All seven resolutions on the agenda were approved by poll with 100% of the 1.33 billion votes cast in favour.

Key takeaways:

1. Comprehensive shareholder support • Shareholders representing 1.33 billion votes endorsed each of the six ordinary resolutions and the single special resolution, with zero votes against. • The voting base comprised 1.25 billion Domestic Shares and 645.76 million H Shares eligible to vote; no shareholders were required to abstain.

2. Corporate governance actions • The 2025 Board report and audited financial statements were adopted. • Non-executive director Mr. Gu Zhongquan was re-elected for a term ending 27 June 2028, with the Board authorised to finalise his service agreement and remuneration. • SHINEWING Certified Public Accountants LLP was re-appointed as external auditor, and the Board received authority to set its fees.

3. Capital flexibility enhanced • A general mandate now empowers the Board to allot and issue new Domestic and H Shares of up to 20% of each respective class in issue as of the AGM date. This authority provides Haitian Antenna with additional headroom for future capital raising or strategic transactions.

4. Governance compliance • All directors attended the meeting in person. SHINEWING Certified Public Accountants LLP acted as the scrutineer for vote tabulation, and no parties indicated opposition or abstention prior to the AGM.

The resolutions’ unanimous approval solidifies Haitian Antenna’s governance structure and augments its financial flexibility for the upcoming fiscal periods.
