China CBM Announces Online Release of 2025 Annual Report and AGM Materials

China CBM Group Company Limited released a notice on 30 April 2026 confirming that its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, notice of AGM and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (https://hkirplatform.com/8270/en/index.php) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board advises shareholders—particularly those whose shares are held via CCASS and therefore classified as “non-registered”—to access the documents online. Investors who experience difficulties with email notifications or website access may obtain hard copies of the current and all future corporate communications free of charge by submitting the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8270-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive electronic versions must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees). Until that information is supplied, the company will continue to send only printed notices of publication.
