Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (MINIEYE) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its registered share capital or issued share count during the month.

The company’s registered share capital closed the period unchanged at RMB 443.23 million, divided into: • 353.65 million H shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. • 89.58 million unlisted ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

Issued share data also remained static: • H shares in issue (excluding treasury shares): 345.31 million. • Treasury H shares: 8.35 million. • Unlisted shares in issue: 89.58 million.

Throughout September, MINIEYE recorded: • No additional issuances or cancellations of shares. • No movement in treasury shares. • No share option grants, warrant issues, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.
