CIMC Repurchases 0.50 Million H Shares at HKD 9.37–9.51, Deploying HKD 4.71 Million

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) disclosed that on 02 June 2026 it bought back 500,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HKD 9.37 and HKD 9.51 per share. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 9.43, bringing total consideration to HKD 4.71 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury shares decreased from 3,022.89 million to 3,022.39 million, while the treasury-share balance rose to 67.45 million. The company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 3,089.84 million.

The repurchase forms part of CIMC’s mandate approved on 15 May 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 308.98 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 67.45 million shares, equivalent to 2.18 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, CIMC is subject to a 30-day moratorium—up to 02 July 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the repurchase.
