CSC Maintains Stable Share Structure in June 2026; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. (CSC) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 July 2026.

The group’s authorised and issued share capital remained at 7.76 billion shares, split between 6.50 billion A-shares listed in Shanghai and 1.26 billion H-shares listed in Hong Kong. Par value for both classes is RMB 1 per share, leaving total registered share capital unchanged at RMB 7.76 billion.

Issued shares were steady across both markets: • H-shares: 1.26 billion in issue; no treasury shares outstanding or movements recorded. • A-shares: 6.50 billion in issue; no treasury shares outstanding or movements recorded.

The filing confirms that the company met the Main Board’s minimum 5% public-float requirement for its Hong Kong-listed H-shares as at 30 June 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued, exercised, or cancelled during the period, and there were no share repurchases or treasury-share transactions.

The return was authorised and submitted by Company Secretary Liu Naisheng.
