New Higher Edu Maintains 1.97 Billion Issued Shares, Meets Public Float in April 2026

China New Higher Education Group Limited (New Higher Edu) reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 200,000.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.97 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares. As a result, total issued shares including treasury shares also stood at 1.97 billion.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent.

Share-based incentives showed no activity during the month: • No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed under the July 2020 share option scheme. • Outstanding options under this scheme allow for the potential issuance of up to 107.24 million additional shares. • No warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding or transacted.

No funds were raised during April, and the filing was approved and signed by Director Li Xiaoxuan.
