AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no movements in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised Capital • The authorised limit remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. No additions or cancellations were recorded.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares stood unchanged at 291.19 million. • The company held zero treasury shares, leaving total issued shares also at 291.19 million. • AI Energy Eng reconfirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 per cent minimum public-float requirement.

Share Option Scheme • Under the option scheme adopted on 22 November 2016, 13.44 million shares remain available for future issuance. No options were outstanding or exercised in July, and no funds were raised via option exercises.
