Information obtained indicates that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on June 10, Conquer Holding Limited reduced its holding in KELFRED (HKEX: 01134) by 25 million shares at a price of HK$0.35 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately HK$8.75 million.
Following this reduction, the latest shareholding stands at approximately 148 million shares, representing a stake of 29.59%. The transaction involved related parties: Li Minyi, Xiao Fangting, Guo Junyu, Guo Junhui, Guo Maoqun, and Chen Yanhua.
