New Century Healthcare Holding Co. Limited (abbrev. NC Healthcare) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming stable capital and share metrics.

Authorised Share Capital • The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 0.10 million at month-end.

Issued Share Capital and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) remained at 490.03 million. • NC Healthcare held no treasury shares during the month, leaving total issued shares likewise unchanged at 490.03 million. • No share issuance, cancellation, repurchase, option exercise, warrant conversion, or other equity-linked movements were recorded.

Public Float Compliance • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares as at 30 June 2026.

Corporate Certification • The filing, submitted by Company Secretary Jia Xiaofeng on 2 July 2026, states that all regulatory and listing rule requirements have been met and that no new securities transactions occurred in June.
