Purapharm Corporation Limited announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying Circular and Proxy Form on 24 April 2026. The documents are available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.purapharm.com).

In line with the paperless listing regime introduced under Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules (effective 31 December 2023), Purapharm has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the completed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key points of the new arrangement: • Electronic access will replace printed copies for all routine corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Shareholders who fail to supply a valid email address must monitor the HKEXnews and company websites for updates; printed copies will only be sent for actionable corporate communications. • Printed copies of any communication may still be requested free of charge by emailing purapharm.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Requests to receive printed copies will remain valid for one year from the date the registrar receives the instruction.
