XIAO NOODLES keeps issued share base intact while 22.48 million H-shares await cancellation

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (“XIAO NOODLES”) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 08 October 2026, confirming that its issued H-share capital remained unchanged at 710.69 million shares between 07 and 08 October 2026.

Although the share count is stable, the company has accumulated 22.48 million repurchased H-shares that have not yet been cancelled, equal to roughly 3.16 % of the current issued share base. These buybacks, executed between 03 February and 08 October 2026, were carried out at prices ranging from HKD 3.06 to HKD 4.30 per share.

The most recent transaction occurred on 08 October 2026, when 98,500 shares were bought back on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 4.06–4.22, for a total cash outlay of HKD 0.41 million. All of these shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Under the latest repurchase mandate approved on 25 June 2026, XIAO NOODLES is authorised to repurchase up to 71.07 million shares. As of 08 October 2026, 5.16 million shares—representing 0.73 % of the issued shares on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority. A moratorium prevents the company from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 07 November 2026.

The board has confirmed that all buybacks complied with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
