Recently, during an unmanned aerial vehicle operation in an industrial park in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, the mission was interrupted due to interference from an unknown signal. Upon receiving the request for assistance, Fuxin's radio management agency promptly activated an emergency response, deploying mobile monitoring vehicles to the site to conduct comprehensive grid-based monitoring and precise investigation.

Through technical tracing, personnel detected a GNSS navigation frequency band interference signal near a company within the park. The source was identified as a private vehicle owned by an employee of the company, who had illegally installed a jamming device. The employee admitted to the violation. In accordance with China's Radio Regulation, officials ordered the individual to dismantle the equipment and eliminate the interference. When the individual initially refused to cooperate, authorities sought guidance from the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, adhering to the principle of "persuasion first, enforcement as a last resort," and clearly explained the hazards and legal consequences of the action. Eventually, the individual acknowledged the wrongdoing and voluntarily removed the device, completely eliminating the interference risk.

The response was conducted swiftly and in accordance with regulations, achieving a balance between law enforcement and service. It upheld radio wave order, ensured public safety, minimized disruption to business operations, and contributed to an improved business environment through practical measures.
