INGDAN (HKEX: 00400) shares have surged more than 10% again, bringing the cumulative gain since early May to nearly 150%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 8.58%, trading at HK$5.19 with a turnover of approximately HK$327.9 million.
The rally follows recent news that the company's subsidiary, Comtech, hosted a technical summit in Shenzhen titled "Know the Boundary, Intelligence the Future: Building Your Own Agent AI with NVIDIA Jetson." The event, held in collaboration with NVIDIA's ecosystem technical team and edge AI industry partners such as Aoni Electronics and Zhiwei Intelligent, focused on integrating the OpenClaw open-source framework with the NVIDIA Jetson edge computing platform. The summit aimed to deliver comprehensive implementation solutions for edge AI agents to the industrial sector.
Market Potential and Performance
Analysts from CITIC Securities have previously projected that the edge AI market size will surge from RMB 321.9 billion in 2025 to RMB 1.22 trillion by 2029, representing a compound annual growth rate of 40%.
INGDAN appears to be at the forefront of capitalizing on this growth. The company's financial results for the first quarter of 2026 showed revenue of approximately RMB 6.034 billion, a year-on-year increase of 125.6%. Operating profit reached about RMB 208 million, up 51.0% compared to the same period last year. Notably, the edge AI computing-related business has emerged as the company's primary growth driver.
