JIANGXI BANK (01916) Announces Approval of Directors' Qualifications for Yin Guangxing and Li Xiuhong

JIANGXI BANK (01916) has announced that the bank recently received the "Approval of Director Qualification for Yin Guangxing at JIANGXI BANK from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Jiangxi Bureau" (Gan Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 98) and the "Approval of Director Qualification for Li Xiuhong at JIANGXI BANK from the National Financial Regulatory Administration Jiangxi Bureau" (Gan Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 97). According to these approvals, the National Financial Regulatory Administration Jiangxi Bureau has approved the qualifications of Mr. Yin Guangxing and Mr. Li Xiuhong to serve as directors of the bank. The appointments of Mr. Yin Guangxing and Mr. Li Xiuhong as directors will take effect from May 20, 2026.
