STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that it repurchased 471,700 ordinary shares in July 2026, moving all of them into treasury. As a result, the company’s outstanding share count fell 0.12% to 397.58 million, while treasury shares rose to 0.96 million.
The eight on-market transactions were executed between 9 July and 21 July at prices ranging from HKD 0.7555 to HKD 0.8886, costing approximately HKD 0.38 million in aggregate.
