Bank of China declares final net dividend of HKD 0.12027 per SDR

Bank of China Ltd. announced a final cash dividend for holders of its BANK OF CN HK SDR 1TO1 securities. The gross dividend is set at HKD 0.13498 per SDR. After a 10 % withholding tax of HKD 0.01350 and a 1 % corporate action fee of HKD 0.00121, the final net dividend amounts to HKD 0.12027 per SDR.
The SDR issuer will convert the net distribution into Singapore dollars at an exchange rate of 6.12821, resulting in a final dividend of SGD 0.01963 per SDR.
Key dates are as follows: the ex-dividend date is Jul, 02 2026, the record date is Jul, 03 2026, and the payment will be made on Aug, 24 2026.
