AINNOVATION Technology Group Co., Ltd. disclosed a Next Day Return confirming the on-market repurchase of 195,000 H-shares on 10 April 2026. The shares were bought at prices between HKD 5.19 and HKD 5.39, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 5.31 per share, for a total cash outlay of HKD 1.03 million.
Post-transaction, AINNOVATION’s outstanding H-shares declined to 553.99 million from 554.19 million, representing a 0.04% reduction. Treasury share holdings rose to 9.55 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 563.54 million shares.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 16 May 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 56.31 million shares. Including this latest transaction, AINNOVATION has repurchased 7.64 million shares under the mandate, equivalent to 1.36% of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 10 May 2026. The company secretary confirmed that the repurchase complied with HKEX Main Board requirements and that there have been no material changes to the previously filed explanatory statement.
