\n\nFollowing the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.16% to 1.06585 billion shares, while treasury share holdings increased to 14.66 million shares. The overall share count, including treasury shares, remained at 1.08051 billion.
\n\nThe repurchase was conducted under the mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 1.66 million shares—or 0.15% of the issued share base at the time the mandate was granted—have been repurchased under this authority. A moratorium on new share issues or further sales of treasury shares is in effect until 13 August 2026.
