CIMC Completes Second Batch of H-Share Buyback, Repurchasing 14.20 Million Shares for HK$127.00 Million

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) has concluded its second batch of H-share repurchases, deploying HK$127.00 million between the afternoon session on 26 May 2026 and 15 June 2026. A total of 14.20 million H shares were bought back through centralized bidding, equal to 0.4719% of the company’s H-share register at the time the general mandate was granted and 0.2634% of total share capital.

The repurchase followed board authorisation on 18 December 2025 permitting up to HK$300.00 million for this round. With the latest transactions, CIMC’s first and second buyback programs have cumulatively removed 79.98 million H shares from the market.

CIMC stated that it will continue to comply with disclosure obligations for any subsequent handling of the repurchased shares.
