On 29 May 2026, China New Higher Education Group Limited confirmed that its latest Interim Report is now available on both the company’s website (https://en.xingaojiao.com/) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard-copy versions in their chosen language, while all other investors can access the documents online by navigating to “Investor Relations → Financial Reports” on the company site.

In alignment with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), the company has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Consequently, English and Chinese versions of annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and related documents will be provided exclusively via the company and HKEXnews websites unless shareholders specifically request print.

To ensure timely access, shareholders are encouraged to register a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Absent a functional email address, investors must monitor the company’s and HKEXnews’s websites for updates and will receive only actionable corporate communications in printed form, as mandated by Listing Rule 2.07A(4)(b).

Shareholders preferring printed materials may opt in by submitting the reply form or emailing newhigheredu.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their contact details; this election remains effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.
