Dmall Inc. (DMALL) disclosed that on 22 June 2026 it repurchased 829,300 ordinary shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HKD 6.32 to HKD 6.45 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 5.30 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 6.3903 per share.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 873.97 million, down 0.0948 % from the previous balance of 874.80 million. Treasury shares increased from 62.71 million to 63.54 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.51 million, indicating the repurchased stock is being held in treasury rather than cancelled.
The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 05 June 2026 authorising the company to repurchase up to 88.37 million shares. Aggregate repurchases under this mandate now stand at 9.74 million shares, equivalent to 1.1024 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 22 July 2026.
