On October 9, the Changning District "Attracting Talent for Ning" high-star hotel special event and the inauguration ceremony of the Cultural and Leisure Service Working Committee of the Shanghai Labor and Social Security Society were held at the Ctrip headquarters building.
The event was jointly promoted by municipal and district human resources and social security departments in coordination with industry societies, with nearly 60 high-star hotels participating in on-site matchmaking for job recruitment, flexible employment, and financing needs.
High-star hotels are an important component of Changning's modern service industry and play a supporting role in absorbing employment and boosting regional consumption. However, the industry generally faces practical problems such as recruitment difficulties, heavy pressure in flexible employment management, and insufficient awareness of enterprise-beneficial policies.
After collecting these demands during earlier grid visits, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau moved its service front line forward to the industry and joined hands with municipal-level industry societies to build a multi-party collaborative matchmaking platform.
At the event, awards were presented to winning units in Shanghai's labor relations dispute prevention and mediation work, and the awarded enterprises shared experience on labor relations risk prevention and human resource management innovation.
This event launched for the first time a diversified collaborative service matrix of "human resources and social security policies + social insurance services + financial empowerment + human resources matchmaking." The District Employment Promotion Center, the Changning Branch of the Social Insurance Center, banking institutions, and several high-quality human resources service agencies held face-to-face discussions with hotel enterprises, exchanging supply and demand information on issues such as job recruitment, flexible employment management, talent delivery and allocation, and enterprise financing needs, promoting precise resource matching.
It is understood that next, Changning District will continue to deepen the closed-loop working mechanism of "human resources and social security services entering the grid," and, facing employment demands in key areas such as catering going global and AI+, plan categorized industry-specific and themed special services, precisely delivering customized services such as policy briefings, employment matchmaking, and labor relations guidance to various industrial tracks, helping market entities in the jurisdiction stabilize jobs and improve efficiency.
