E-STATION GTECH Requests Review of Exchange's Delisting Ruling

E-STATION GTECH (08475) has announced it received a letter from the Stock Exchange on August 7, 2026, detailing that the Listing Committee considered the company's resumption and listing status on August 6, 2026. As the company failed to meet all resumption guidelines and its shares remained suspended, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the company's listing status under GEM Listing Rule 9.14A.

The letter noted that unless the company applies for a review of the decision under Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules, the last day of share listing will be August 21, 2026, with the listing status set to be revoked effective from 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2026. Additionally, the company's management has submitted an application under Chapter 4 of the GEM Listing Rules to refer the decision to the Listing Review Committee for reconsideration. The company is currently seeking professional advice and evaluating the decision.
