Liaoning Port Appoints Qu Shaoyong and Liang Zhijie as Joint Company Secretaries

Liaoning Port (02880) announced that Mr. Qu Shaoyong and Mr. Liang Zhijie have been appointed as joint company secretaries of the company, effective March 26, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Qu Shaoyong was appointed as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules on the same date. He will also serve as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
