KB Laminates (01888) experienced a sharp decline intraday, with its stock price plummeting 13.21%. The significant drop occurred during Thursday's trading session.

The sell-off follows exchange filings which revealed that three company directors simultaneously reduced their holdings on June 26. Chairman Zhang Guohua, Executive Director Lin Jiabao, and Executive Director Zhang Guoping sold a combined 896,000 shares for approximately HK$89.84 million. This coordinated insider selling adds to recent disposal pressure, as the majority shareholder, Kingboard Investments, sold 155 million shares on June 17, raising HK$11.78 billion.

The broader PCB sector faced significant downward pressure during the session, contributing to the stock's weakness. Sector peers including Kingboard Holdings and VGT also registered substantial declines.
