ROAD KING INFRA (01098) announced an update regarding the winding-up petition filed against its wholly-owned subsidiary, New Select Global Limited (New Select). At a hearing held on March 16, 2026, in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) Court concerning the winding-up petition and New Select's application for the appointment of provisional liquidators, the BVI Court granted an adjournment of the hearings for these applications to a date no earlier than June 8, 2026. This adjournment provides the company and New Select with additional time to engage in further discussions with a significant portion of the creditors, with whom a restructuring plan has already been agreed upon in principle. The objective is to formally present the restructuring plan to all relevant creditors as soon as possible.
