From August 7 to 9, the "Golden Ears, Jaguar Shadows: American Mystery" neighborhood night event arrives at Beijing Fun. This event partners with the Capital Museum's exhibition "Corn, Gold, and Jaguars: Ancient Maya and Andean Civilizations," turning Beijing Fun into an immersive space for experiencing American civilization. Hosted by the Xicheng District Publicity Department and organized by Beijing Dashilan Investment Co., Ltd., with professional support from the Capital Museum, the event uses three core elements: corn, gold, and jaguars. These are paired with layered photo spots to bring the mysterious ancient American civilization into the streets and alleys. At the same time, classic quotations from literary masters like Gabriel García Márquez and Jorge Luis Borges are integrated into signage and art installations, allowing the poetic humanism of South American literature to flow through the hutong lanes.

The market features 30 themed stalls, centered on corn as a symbol of life in American mythology, offering a variety of local foods, specialty craft beers, and museum-exclusive merchandise. Items like baked corn and cheese hot dogs, tacos, Peruvian purple corn juice, and various corn-based drinks are sold on-site. The creative area showcases exclusive souvenirs from the Capital Museum's exhibition, spanning daily necessities, art collectibles, and trendy toys. A special ticket purchase channel for the exhibition is also available, inviting visitors to delve deeper into the stories of Maya and Andean civilizations.

The event creates eight interactive experiences, including a healing pet space, stress-relieving farming activities, trendy jaguar-themed games, cultural education, and adventure quests, suitable for all ages, offering a one-stop exploration of vibrant American civilization. In the farming and culture area, participants can try hand-rubbing corn, experiencing the traditional agricultural fun rooted in Maya culture while relieving stress. In the Rainforest Wilderness Book Corner, centered on South American literature, the event partners with PAGEONE Bookstore to create a quiet reading nook, inviting visitors to explore classic Latin American literary works. In the adventure pet area, over 30 species of animals gather, including alpacas and capybaras, for visitors to encounter.

During the event, the Beijing Fun East Plaza stage will host continuous performances from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM daily. These include passionate Latin dance duets, melodious saxophone solos, and interactive African drum shows, filling the streets with vibrant South American rhythms. Paired with the neighborhood's nighttime lighting installations, it creates an open-air cultural party.
