Data from the market shows that on August 18, the Hang Seng Index night futures (August contract) opened at 25,451 points. As of 17:16 Beijing time, the contract was quoted at 25,427 points, down 13 points or 0.051%, representing a discount of 44 points relative to the cash index, with 492 contracts traded.
The total open interest stood at 117,956 contracts, while the net open interest position was recorded at 29,007 contracts.
