Key Executive Resigns at CQRC BANK

The board of directors of CQRC BANK (03618) has announced the receipt of a resignation letter from its Executive Director and President, Mr. Sui Jun, on July 22, 2026.

Mr. Sui has stepped down from his roles as Executive Director, President, Chief Compliance Officer, Authorized Representative appointed under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, Chairman of the Board's Risk Management Committee, and Chairman of the Board's Consumer Rights Protection Committee due to a work transfer.

His resignation took effect from July 22, 2026.

To ensure the smooth and orderly continuation of the bank's operations and management, the board has reviewed and approved a proposal for Mr. Liu Xiaojun, the Chairman and Executive Director, to act on behalf of the President during the vacancy period.

This arrangement will remain in place until a new President is appointed and their qualifications are approved by the Chongqing Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

Furthermore, Mr. Liu Xiaojun has been appointed as an Authorized Representative to succeed Mr. Sui, and will serve alongside Ms. Liang Yingxian as the bank's Authorized Representatives for communications with the Stock Exchange, effective from the date of this announcement.
