China Sunsine Chemical (CH8) secures shareholder approval for all AGM resolutions, declares final and special dividends

China Sunsine Chemical Holdings (CH8) announced that shareholders passed all nine resolutions tabled at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 29 2026.

Key outcomes include:

• Adoption of the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec, 31 2025.

• Declaration of a final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 2.0 Singapore cents per ordinary share and a special one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.7 Singapore cent per ordinary share for FY2025.

• Re-election of Executive Directors Xu Jun and Tong Yiping, and Independent Director Yan Tangfeng. Tong will continue as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, while Yan remains Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

• Approval of directors’ fees amounting to 0.29 million Singapore dollars for FY2025.

• Re-appointment of CLA Global TS Public Accounting Corporation as external auditor, with the Board authorised to set its remuneration.

• Renewal of the general mandate authorising directors to issue new shares and the share purchase mandate.

All resolutions were approved by poll with support levels ranging from 94.82% to 99.999%. The meeting, chaired by Lead Independent Director Toh Shih Hua, concluded at 11:26 a.m.
