TH MEDICAL-B (02697) has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center, aiming to establish a long-term collaboration mechanism in the field of embodied intelligence. This partnership seeks to advance the intelligent upgrade of minimally invasive interventional diagnosis and treatment, as well as to foster the development of an embodied intelligence healthcare industry ecosystem. The Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center, a platform focused on implementing embodied intelligence applications and ecosystem construction, offers extensive cooperation resources and application scenarios. TH MEDICAL-B, a long-term player in the minimally invasive interventional sector, made its debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June this year as the "first share of puncture surgery robots." It is a pioneer and leader in the research, development, and commercialization of percutaneous puncture and ablation surgery robots in China. Several of its independently developed products have obtained Class III medical device registration certificates from the National Medical Products Administration. Among them, its puncture surgery navigation and positioning system is recognized as a domestic first-of-its-kind, and its navigation and positioning microwave ablation system is recognized as an international first-of-its-kind, creating an integrated minimally invasive diagnostic and treatment solution for precise lesion localization and ablation therapy.

Embodied intelligence, also known as "physical AI," fundamentally integrates the perception, cognition, and decision-making capabilities of artificial intelligence with physical entities, enabling machines to autonomously complete complex tasks in real-world environments. Unlike traditional "cloud AI," embodied intelligence emphasizes a closed-loop interaction of "perception, decision-making, and execution," which is seen by the industry as a key step for AI to enter the physical world and a new focal point in global technological competition. In the medical field, the deep integration of embodied intelligence with surgical robots is expected to transform them from "passive execution tools" into "intelligent agents with real-time perception and autonomous decision-making," injecting new momentum into the precision and intelligence of minimally invasive interventional diagnosis and treatment.

Under the agreement, the two parties will focus on four main areas for joint research: robot vision and multimodal perception, edge computing power and display-control coordination, AI and scenario implementation, and industrial ecosystem co-construction. Key efforts will be directed toward implementing visual-language-action (VLA) coordination in precise interventional diagnosis and treatment, exploring a "perception, computation, and display" closed-loop solution for real-time intraoperative navigation and control, building a comprehensive medical data closed loop covering preoperative planning, intraoperative decision-making, and postoperative evaluation, and jointly advancing standard setting, interdisciplinary medical-engineering talent training, and industrial chain collaboration to accelerate the transition of technology from research and development to clinical application.

This collaboration will deeply connect TH MEDICAL-B's independent innovation and engineering capabilities in minimally invasive intervention and intraoperative navigation with the computing power, data, and ecosystem resources of the Tianjin Embodied Intelligence Innovation Center, potentially opening new growth space for the intelligentization of precise interventional diagnosis and treatment. Moving forward, TH MEDICAL-B will work with its partners to continuously promote technological co-creation and industrial synergy, jointly building an open and win-win embodied intelligence healthcare industry ecosystem.
