Gf Securities Announces Shenzhen Exchange Listing for Two New Corporate Bonds

Gf Securities Co.,Ltd. (HKG: 01776) has issued a notice regarding the upcoming listing of its latest corporate bonds.

The company's 2026 issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors, which is the fifth tranche of such offerings, has been approved for listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

These bonds are scheduled to commence trading on the exchange starting from June 17, 2026.

The bonds will be available for trading exclusively among qualified institutional investors.

Permitted trading methods will include matched trades, click trades, inquiry-based trades, auction trades, and negotiated trades.

The first bond series, designated as "26 Gf 10", has a total issuance value of 3.67 billion yuan and carries a stated annual interest rate of 1.68%.

The second series, designated as "26 Gf 11", has a total issuance value of 2.33 billion yuan with a stated annual interest rate of 1.78%.
